We expect all our goods to arrive in top condition. If any items are received damaged or broken in transit please inform us within 24 hours of receipt and we will work out a solution for you.
If your product is not what you expected we will gladly send you a free returns label to get your item back to us at our expense.
We aim to process all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Therefore all orders placed before Midday will be dispatched the same day during weekdays, orders placed after Midday on a Friday will be shipped on the following Monday.
